My Maple Candied Walnut Ice Cream is keto, low carb, because it is sugar free, and is a source of healthy fats and nutrients, since it is made with whole food ingredients like fresh eggs, heavy cream, California walnuts/English walnuts and uses Lakanto Gold as the sweetener. This Keto ice cream is inspired by and created in the style of the luxurious taste and texture of my favorite non keto Haagen Dazs ice cream.
