This vegan butter is perfect to spread on keto low carb and grain free bread, so no reason to miss bread if you are going dairy free. This homemade vegan butter can be used to cook with, as you would any regular butter. You can add a combination of a few fresh or dried herbs such as thyme, sage, rosemary, and/or other ingredients such as tomatoes, shallots, chives, jalapeno, mint, strawberries and lemon juice to create flavorful herb or seasoned butter to add to your favorite keto recipes.

This is a very tasty keto vegan falafel flatbread that is nutrient dense, hardy and flavorful. If you are on a keto, low carb or Banting diet, you may from time to time miss a slice of bread. This savory, low carb flatbread is grain free, gluten free and keto. Falafel inspired flatbread is a great option because it is made with healthy clean and nutrient dense herbs, vegetables and healthy fats. Instead of high carb chickpeas, I used soaked raw cashews to create a Mediterranean tasting, hardy and filling flatbread.
In this video I also show you how to make 6 delicious and simple complementary toppings for this falafel flatbread. I will show you how to make an avocado toast topping, a classic English cucumber sandwich topping, a tomato basil in balsamic vinaigrette topping, a grilled mini bell pepper topping and, last but not least, a sautéed mushroom topping. So many choices and ways to enjoy my great tasting falafel flatbread as a side dish, or as part of your main lunch or dinner.

This tasty eggroll in a bowl recipe is a keto/low carb, budget friendly, recipe you can make in just 15 minutes. Most of the ingredients can be bought in your local grocery store. One of the spices that brings this easy Chinese take-out style recipe to the next level, and creates the overall authentic taste and aroma, is Chinese 5 spice. Although you can use store-prepared coleslaw cabbage, it is better to use Chinese cabbage, also known as Napa Cabbage. The 15 minute eggroll in a bowl is a beef version, which also uses bell pepper/capsicum, mushrooms, and carrots. Make extra, because leftovers keep well in the fridge for several days. All the ingredients in this healthy, deconstructed eggroll in a bowl, are sugar free and gluten free so perfect for celiac, keto, low carb, paleo, Banting diet and diabetic keto diets. Enjoy!

Easy and tasty Baked Jalapeno Poppers with cream cheese and bacon pieces is a favorite keto/low carb party snack or side dish. The stuffed jalapeno peppers are baked in the oven, not fired and the jalapeno peppers have a nice al dente texture that is not greasy. Rather than wrapping the bacon around the stuffed jalapeno, this recipe uses the oven baked method to do the bacon to a perfect, even crispness. Then the bacon is chopped into small pieces and worked into the cheese filling, with reserved bacon pieces that are used to garnish the top. These gluten free and sugar free poppers are excellent on their own as an any time snack or as a treat when watching the Superbowl. Enjoy!

If you love Buffalo Wings or Buffalo Cauliflower Bites as you watch the Super Bowl, you will love this tasty Blue Cheese Dip. This keto dip recipe can be made in about 5 minutes, uses just one bowl and has only a few ingredients: crumbled blue cheese, sour cream, olive oil-based mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, garlic, and salt and pepper. Any leftover blue cheese dip can be used with other recipes or diluted with cream and water to make a delicious, gluten free, sugar free Blue Cheese Salad Dressing. Make the Blue Cheese Dip and/or Blue Cheese Salad Dressing and you will never want to buy the prepared store brands. The Blue Cheese Dip and Salad Dressing is keto, low carb, sugar free, and gluten free so it is also a good choice for people who need a diabetic diet and gluten intolerant diet, are Celiac or want to have a healthy whole food based lifestyle.

These tasty Buffalo Chicken Wings, which are keto, sugar free and gluten free, have a crispy exterior and juicy and tender interior. These keto chicken wings are baked in the oven in 2 easy steps. The first step is to apply my dry seasoning which includes gluten free baking powder, which reacts with the fat to create the crispy skin. The low carb Buffalo wings also use my easy to make Keto Buffalo Sauce, which is faithful to the original recipe and uses Frank’s Red Hot and lots of butter – the same as the pubs in Buffalo, New York where these wings were first served. Once the first bake is done, toss with a coating of the buttery Buffalo BBQ sauce, place the coated wings back on the wire rack and return to the oven for a final bake. Serve these hot and delicious wings with the Blue Cheese dip and enjoy the wings and dip while watching the Superbowl game, or when relaxing with your friends.
