Amazing Keto “Watermelon” Cheesecake

This tasty “watermelon“-look cheesecake, is a thank you to everyone who has helped me achieve 5000 subscribers. The inspiration and methodology for this amazing keto dessert came from Ann Reardon of How to Cook That. My keto version is completely keto, grain free, gluten free and sugar free. My cheesecake uses some of my previous recipes, such as the Keto Sugar Cookie, and the Raspberry Jelly recipes. I replace high sugar and carb watermelon with strawberries, to create a wonderful taste combination that I am sure will be a happy surprise for everyone. Easy Keto Buns and Rolls

The keto buns, dinner rolls and hamburger bun recipe in this video is slightly modified from the original Matthews Friends (UK Epilepsy diet site). Many Youtubers have substantially copied this recipe without giving credit to the original source, so I would like to give them the full credit for the original recipe. These tasty buns are very easy to make and have a multi grain bread flavor and texture. The buns have a satisfying mouth feel and keep well for several days in the refrigerator. Keto Roasted Red Pepper Sauce – Croatian Ajvar

Ajvar is a tasty Croatian roasted red pepper and eggplant sauce, with garlic and olive oil, which is often served with kebobs (aka cevapcici). This sauce is an excellent complement for beef, lamb, or pork as well or it can be an excellent dip for a vegetable platter. The Croatian version of this roasted red pepper sauce has a complex fresh flavor that is a great sauce or dip for a keto, low carb, paleo, vegan or whole 30 menu.

Keto Croatian Kebab aka Cevapcici

This video will demonstrate how easy it is to make a traditional Croation version of cevapcici, which are a cross between a sausage and hamburger, in my opinion the best of both. Cevapcici are made from a combination of 3 meats, beef, pork and lamb seasoned to perfection and to perfect little keto kebabs, which are great international flair for your outdoor BBQ or stovetop grilling. Serve with fresh hot pita or pita chips and Ajvar, a sauce made from grilled red peppers/capsicum and eggplant. These cevapcici are a tasty part of a keto, paleo, gluten free and whole 30 diet plan.

Keto French Crepes

This video demonstrates an easy technique for how to make a perfect, grain free and sugar free keto French crepe that tastes like the traditional French crepe. The gluten free crepe batter is simple to make and does not use cream cheese. These keto crepes are wonderful for both savory fillings or can be filled with my keto Nutella, fresh whipped cream and topped with raspberries or any of your favorite fruit to make the Croatian palacinke (Nutella filled crepes).
