This tasty sweetened condensed milk has a very similar flavour to that of commercial brands, but has a smoother, more balanced sweetness with a clean vanilla aftertaste, and best of all, it is a sugar free alternative. Condensed milk is easy to make, using full fat cream, and confectionery sweetener such as Lakanto Monk fruit based sweetener, cooked slowly to evaporate some of the water.
