White Chocolate Fudge

Keto White Chocolate Jack Skellington Fudge makes for an easy and fun sugar free Halloween treat to give to your Nightmare Before Christmas fans. This keto white chocolate fudge recipe is based on my sugar free sweetened condensed milk, and uses real cocoa butter and Lakanto Monk Fruit based sweetener. In the video, I also show you how to use Wilton gel color to paint on the many expressions of Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King of Halloween Town in the classic Disney movie “The Nightmare Before Christmas”. The decorated keto white fudge is a fun treat for Halloween, or leave the fudge plain and enjoy it any time you want a tasty fat bomb.

Keto Pizza Pocket Skulls

This fun and tasty keto Pizza Pocket Skull is so much fun to make using the Nordicware Haunted Skull Cakelet Pan. I used my keto thin crust pizza ingredients for the keto pepperoni pizza pocket or calzone version. I also made a beef taco filling version and a delicious keto dessert pizza pocket with chocolate and my keto Nutella. Or fill it with your favorite ingredients. This low carb, gluten and grain free pizza pocket is perfect for a keto Halloween treat. Enjoy!

Fried Rats on a Stick

Inspired by Shrek and Fiona’s Roasted Rats, I thought I would make these keto pork tenderloin fried rats on a stick, an easy and fun Halloween party treat. The keto batter is an easier way to coat the rats, which can be pan fried in few minutes. This tasty recipe, of my version of Fried Rats on a stick, is gluten and grain free, sugar free and low carb. Enjoy!

Severed Witches’ Fingers

Tasty keto sugar cookies shaped into spooky severed witches’ fingers, dripping in keto cooked raspberry jelly “blood.” A perfect Halloween treat that is sugar free, gluten and grain free and can be enjoyed on a Low carb, Paleo, Celiac or diabetic diet. Happy Halloween!
