High Protein Berry Cottage Cheese Smoothie

Servings: 4 of 185 g each


INGREDIENTS

  • 240 g (1 cup) heavy whipping cream
  • 125 g (½ cup) cottage cheese
  • 300 g (10.6 oz) mixed frozen berries – or berries of your choice
  • 35 g (1 scoop) of vanilla whey protein isolate powder
  • 10 g (1 tbsp) granulated gold sweetener

DIRECTIONS

  • 1.   Pour the heavy whipping cream into your blender first. Drop in the cottage cheese, the mixed frozen berries, Vanilla protein powder, and sweetener

  • 2.   Pulse to break up and blend the frozen berries, then puree for 2 minutes

  • 3.   Pour into glasses. OPTIONAL; garnish with frozen berries, serve and enjoy!



FYI

You can substitute the heavy whipping cream with full fat coconut cream, and the cottage cheese with fermented smooth tofu for a non-dairy version.
