1. Prepare the 5-minute Ginger Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry as per the recipe. When done, cover the pot to keep warm
2. Place a wok or skillet over medium heat. Place and distribute half of the ground beef into the pan and stir fry until done, about 5 to 6 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and repeat with the second batch of ground beef. When the second batch of ground beef is cooked through, return the first batch and toss to combine.
3. Sprinkle the grated garlic, ginger, sweetener, red pepper flakes and sesame oil on top of the meat. Toss as you cook for 2 minutes. Drizzle in the sugar free tamari, toss and cook for 5 minutes to allow the beef to absorbs some sauce. Remove from heat
4. To plate, first put the cauliflower rice into the bowl, then place one serving of the stir-fried beef on top. Garnish with a sprinkle of the sesame seeds and green onions over the beef. Serve while hot. Enjoy!
