The prepared shredded chicken tinga can be served in my grain free, sugar free hard shell tortilla bowl or in a soft tortilla. Fill the tortilla with the smoky flavored chicken tinga, fresh crispy lettuce, seasoned sour cream, and top with cilantro and optional cherry tomatoes and avocado. Drizzle with lime juice and enjoy!
