This tasty crustless breakfast quiche, or you could also call it a breakfast broccoli, bacon and feta casserole, is a simple, nutritious, nutrient dense recipe that perfectly balances the taste of the broccoli, bacon, and feta cheese, but adds a freshness of lemon zest and lemon juice. The lemon is a particularly tasty ingredient that adds a refreshing flavor that perfectly completes both the broccoli and the feta cheese. This keto bacon and feta casserole can be served as a warm breakfast or lunch. To make this into a full meal for dinner, you could also add a slice of my Keto Walnut Bread, along with one of these soups: my Keto Thai Pumpkin soup, Roasted Tomato and Red Pepper Soup, Cream of Mushroom Soup, or with a tasty salad such as my Avocado Spinach Strawberry Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette.

This Korean keto recipe is a filling breakfast that you can also take with you as an on the go breakfast and enjoy at any time of day, so you can do intermittent fasting successfully. Spaghetti Pie – Keto Version

This easy Italian recipe was adapted to be gluten free, grain free, keto and low carb. This spaghetti (squash) pie is an excellent keto breakfast or lunch and because it is even better when cold, the spaghetti pie is perfect for kids’ school lunches or to take to work as an on the go breakfast or lunch. The main ingredients; spaghetti squash, eggs, bacon and mozzarella work perfectly together to create a filling, tasty recipe. Traditional Scotch eggs are a favorite breakfast or picnic food. These keto, paleo, gluten free Scotch eggs start with a boiled egg done just the way you like, either soft and runny yokes, medium or hard boiled, then surrounded with a delicious seasoned pork sausage. I use a mild Italian sausage but you can use a farmer’s sausage or even spice things up with a chorizo sausage. This video shows both the oven baked Scotch egg method or the standard frying method. These tasty Scotch eggs are great for a prep ahead breakfast, on the go, or for brunch. They also make a great entree with a side such as my ABC Soup, Jicama Thai Green salad or Roasted Parmesan and Lemon Broccoli.

Keto Buttermilk Pancakes and Pancake Cupcakes

• These tasty, fluffy, buttermilk pancakes are so incredibly good you will not believe that they are keto, sugar free, gluten free and high in protein. The batter is easy to make and you can make them on the stovetop in the same way as a classic American buttermilk pancake, or pour the batter into a silicone muffin pan, top with raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, or chocolate. The pancake cupcakes are great for batch cooking and for plan ahead meal preparation. Nutrient dense and filling, especially when topped with the buttery maple flavored syrup.
