These tasty keto Pecan Flour Buns and Rolls are perfect to be served as dinner rolls or used as hamburger buns. This video is slightly modified from the original Matthew’s Friends (UK Epilepsy diet site) and uses the lower carb flour, which creates a light nutty and naturally sweet flavor. Many Youtubers have substantially copied this recipe without giving credit to the original source, so I would like to give them the full credit for the original recipe. These tasty buns are very easy to make and have a multi-grain bread flavor and texture. The buns have a satisfying mouth feel and keep well for several days in the refrigerator.
