Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

The Keto Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings recipe is a keto adapted version and a copycat of the delicious Wingstop Garlic Parmesan Wings. These wings are extremely low carb and very delicious! Make sure to watch the entire recipe video because I explain how easy it is to cut up a whole chicken wing into drums and flats and also how easy it is to create a dry rub that will crisp up the wings as they bake in the oven. The Keto Ranch dressing is a perfect coating for these crispy oven baked chicken wings. This keto, low carb recipe is completely sugar free, gluten free and grain free, and is a wonderful recipe for weight loss, diabetic diets and grain free and gluten free celiac diets. By simply omitting the Lakanto sweetener, this is also a Whole 30 compliant recipe. Enjoy!

These low carb cookies are very easy to make and can be made as keto vanilla cookies or keto chocolate cookies and as vegan cookies or regular low carb cookies. The Sugar Free Sweetened Condensed Milk Cookies are also gluten free and grain free and so can be shared with people with celiac or non celiac gluten sensitivity, diabetes or anyone on keto for weight loss and better health. Enjoy!

Broccoli and Feta Casserole

This tasty crustless breakfast quiche, or you could also call it a breakfast broccoli, bacon and feta casserole, is a simple, nutritious, nutrient dense recipe that perfectly balances the taste of the broccoli, bacon, and feta cheese, but adds a freshness of lemon zest and lemon juice. The lemon is a particularly tasty ingredient that adds a refreshing flavor that perfectly completes both the broccoli and the feta cheese. This keto bacon and feta casserole can be served as a warm breakfast or lunch. To make this into a full meal for dinner, you could also add a slice of my Keto Walnut Bread, along with one of these soups: my Keto Thai Pumpkin soup, Roasted Tomato and Red Pepper Soup, Cream of Mushroom Soup, or with a tasty salad such as my Avocado Spinach Strawberry Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Keto Tuna Melt

Classic Tuna Salad – Keto Recipe

This versatile keto recipe begins with a Classic Tuna Salad recipe, which you can use to make a nourishing sandwich for lunch, or you can use it as a base to make a gluten free, open faced tuna melt with a different twist to it. Watch the video to see how both of these keto, low carb, gluten free recipes, which begin with and use inexpensive, pantry stable ingredients, such as canned tuna, mayonnaise, olive oil, a few fresh items such as lemon juice, garlic, parsley and shallots, as well as your favorite mayonnaise, to transform simple ingredients into a flavorful meal. But make extra, because this Keto tuna salad is only the beginning. Use this with a bell pepper, mozzarella cheese and spices and now you have an exceptional low carb dinner that is also grain free.
