1. Place the chicken skins into a large bowl. Fill with tepid water. Add 2 tbsp white vinegar, stir and let rest for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse the chicken skins under running water. Place skins flat on paper towel. Lay a top layer of paper towel on top and pat dry
3. Grease the surface of a wire rack. Place the chicken skins, in a single layer, skin side down.
4. Sprinkle the salt over the skins and gently rub to distribute the salt over the surface. Place the wire rack over a baking sheet (to catch the grease drips). Place into the middle position of your preheated oven. Bake for 10 minutes
5. Remove rack from oven and flip the chicken skins. Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes or until a medium golden color
6. Remove from oven. Let cool on wire rack. Serve and enjoy!
