2. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl, to which you add the salt, white or black pepper, whisk to combine. Pour into to ground beef. Sprinkle the nutmeg, the garlic powder and the tamari over ground meat,
3. Sprinkle the dry ingredients into the bowl: white or black pepper, garlic powder, nutmeg powder, mix to combine very well
5. Lay 2 strips of bacon end to end, overlapping ends slightly. Distribute one portion of burger mixture over the length of the bacon. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the meat
6. Start at one end and roll to the other end of the 2 strips. Using 4 inch or 10 cm toothpicks/cocktail skewers, Poke toothpick through the center until the other end just reaches the opposite side. Poke at 12/ 3/ 6/ 9 clock position to securely hold the pinwheel shape. Repeat until all pinwheel burgers are formed
7. Place the desired number of pinwheel burgers onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Place into a 350 F or 177 C oven, or 340 F or 171 C air fryer convection oven. Cooking time will vary between 30 to 40 minutes or until the burger has an internal temperature of 160 F or 61 C. Check to ensure the bacon is crispy and all the meat is cooked through
8. Place your extra servings of the raw pinwheel burgers into an airtight or vacuum sealed containers. Lay flat until frozen. Thaw either overnight in the refrigerator or on the counter before cooking as described above. Do not microwave to thaw
