1. Butter the outside of each slice of bread. Place one slice with the butter side down, distribute the cheese over the inside, unbuttered side of the bread. Place the second slice of bread butter side to the outside, over the cheese
2. Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. When the pan is hot, place the prepared sandwich into the pan. Fry to a golden brown, flip and fry the other side. Remove from pan and enjoy while hot
3. Distribute the egg salad over the bottom slice of bread and place the second slice on top
4. Spread 1 tsp of mustard on one side of the bread. Place mustard side up on a plate. Distribute the pulled pork over mustard. Top with second slice of bread, mustard side in
5. Remove the casing of the sausages and shape into a flat burger shape. Fry until the meat is cooked all the way through. Remove from pan and set aside
6. Fry an egg sunny side up until yolk is not runny. For best results use a greased cookie cutter ring to fry egg into a disk. Remove and set aside when done
7. To assemble, Place the fried sausage patty on top of the bottom slice of bread. Place the egg on top of the sausage. Cover with the second slice of bread
8. Distribute the tuna salad over the bottom slice of bread and place the second slice on top
9. Distribute mayonnaise over the bottom slice of bread and place 2 slices of shaved Black Forest Ham on top. Fold a slice of Swiss Cheese and place on top of the ham. Place the second slice on top
10. OPTIONAL: slices of bread can be pan fried or toasted before assembling
