My keto Brigadeiros have a dense, but soft and velvety, almost a thick caramel, texture, that melts in your mouth. You can coat them in cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, dried coconut flakes, crushed nuts, such as walnuts, pecans or whichever nut you prefer.

Even though we recommend replacing the high carb cherries with low carb fruit like fresh strawberries, this cake is a crowd pleaser whether you are on a keto diet, low carb diet or just want a healthier sugar free and gluten free cake version. In this video I explain and demonstrate step by step instructions, which will demonstrate how easy it is to make this Keto Black Forest Cheesecake recipe. This delicious keto black forest cake version has two tasty, gluten free and flourless chocolate cake layers, and the center is filled with an amazing light, sugar free, no bake cheesecake mousse. In place of the cherries you can reduce the carbs by substituting with a layer of fresh strawberries for version 1. Keto Raspberry Mousse Parfait or keto shooter, is a tasty recipe that is a luxuriously creamy mousse made with heavy whipping cream, my sugar free sweetened condensed milk and fresh or frozen berries. I use raspberries, but you could use strawberries or blueberries if you prefer. Make the raspberry syrup ahead of time or make extra and freeze. The sugar free sweetened condensed milk can also be made ahead of time, stored in your fridge or frozen until needed. Having these two ingredients made ahead and frozen makes it very easy to assemble and enjoy a decadent parfait quickly and easily. This low carb dessert recipe is also perfect for those requiring diabetic diet recipes and sugar free recipes, as well as celiac dessert recipes that are gluten free recipes and grain free recipes.
