In this instructional video, I make the keto vegan version using my Dairy Free Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk, and my Easy Vegan Butter and coconut flour, almond flour, glucomannan / konjac root powder. These low carb cookies are very easy to make and can be made as keto vanilla cookies or keto chocolate cookies and as vegan cookies or regular low carb cookies.
