2. Cut the hot dog bun in half but not all the way through. Lightly butter each open half and grill the inside only, over high heat to lightly golden
3. Transfer the warmed bun onto a plate and spread mayonnaise on one half of the bun. Distribute the Vietnamese Pickle Do Chua Relish along one side and place the cucumber strip along the other side. Distribute the grilled onions along the bottom center of the bun. Place the grilled hot dog and bacon strips on top of the onions and drizzle the hot sauce on top of the hot dog. Garnish with a few fresh cilantro leaves on top. Serve and Enjoy!
