1. Into a large measuring cup or cocktail mixing tumbler, pour the heavy cream, Sugar Free Baileys Irish Cream, Parisian Hot Chocolate syrup, plain vodka and the vanilla, or substitute vanilla flavoured vodka in place of the plain vodka and vanilla
2. Use a whisk to combine thoroughly all the ingredients into a homogeneous mixture. Cover and put into the freezer for 30 minutes to chill
3. OPTIONAL: Garnish the inside of the glass with a concentric circle of the chocolate ganache. Put the glass into the fridge until ready to serve
4. To serve: pour half of the chilled martini mix into the center of the glass. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and/or edible gold sprinkles. Best to drink chilled, but no ice
