These tasty Buffalo Chicken Wings, which are keto, sugar free and gluten free, have a crispy exterior and juicy and tender interior. These keto chicken wings are baked in the oven in 2 easy steps. The first step is to apply my dry seasoning which includes gluten free baking powder, which reacts with the fat to create the crispy skin. The low carb Buffalo wings also use my easy to make Keto Buffalo Sauce, which is faithful to the original recipe and uses Frank’s Red Hot and lots of butter – the same as the pubs in Buffalo, New York where these wings were first served. Once the first bake is done, toss with a coating of the buttery Buffalo BBQ sauce, place the coated wings back on the wire rack and return to the oven for a final bake. Serve these hot and delicious wings with the Blue Cheese dip and enjoy the wings and dip while watching the Superbowl game, or when relaxing with your friends.
These Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are tasty and a healthy keto snack recipe for your Super Bowl Sunday, or any time you crave a hot and spicy wings alternative. These Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are great for: low carb, paleo, gluten free and keto diabetic diets. As well, the cauliflower bites are an excellent side with your keto buffalo wings. This keto snack is perfect any time, but especially as you watch the Superbowl. Best of all, it only takes about 20 minutes to make this tasty snack. Begin this recipe with a flavorful batter coating, bake in the oven until golden, coat with the sugar free, gluten free buffalo sauce glaze and bake until lightly crispy. Serve these cruciferous vegetables with my easy to make keto ranch dip or my keto blue cheese dip, on a platter with celery sticks and other keto snacks you like. Studies have found an association between the consumption of cruciferous vegetables, and a reduced risk of certain types of cancer.
These Snowy Coconut Macaroons are one of the easiest keto cookies to make. An important ingredient is my Sugar Free Sweetened Condensed Milk or my Dairy Free Sweetened Condensed Milk. Both are made sugar free by using an erythritol/monk fruit sweetener, raw coconut flakes, egg whites and flavored extracts. To make these even better, dip each sugar free macaroon into either my Truffle chocolate or the dark chocolate ganache. The moist and delicious Snowy Coconut Macaroons have a tropical cookies taste that makes this keto, low carb macaroon the best macaroon recipe for the holidays. Enjoy!

Zucchini is a versatile and nutrient-dense, low carb summer squash used in many tasty recipes. This quick and easy grilled zucchini side dish only uses 4 ingredients and takes less than 15 minutes to make. Grilled zucchini is a common side dish in Croatian, Italian and Mediterranean recipes which are an excellent part of keto, low carb, paleo, whole 30, diabetic diets, and gluten free recipes.
These keto versions of the Croatian stuffed calamari are amazing! This recipe, which is often available as an expensive gourmet appetizer at Mediterranean restaurants, is actually very easy to make at home and is also a very inexpensive recipe. Served fresh off the grill as an appetizer or serve 3-4 as your main course. The stuffed calamari can also be prepared the day before and refrigerated until you are ready to serve them. This tasty Calamari recipe is also perfect for grain free, gluten free, paleo and whole 30 diet plans. Enjoy!
This tasty “watermelon“-look cheesecake, is a thank you to everyone who has helped me achieve 5000 subscribers. The inspiration and methodology for this amazing keto dessert came from Ann Reardon of How to Cook That. My keto version is completely keto, grain free, gluten free and sugar free. My cheesecake uses some of my previous recipes, such as the Keto Sugar Cookie, and the Raspberry Jelly recipes. I replace high sugar and carb watermelon with strawberries, to create a wonderful taste combination that I am sure will be a happy surprise for everyone. A link Ann Reardon’s dessert in given in the FYI section, and links to the Sugar Cookie and Raspberry Jelly recipe are in the Ingredients section.
This video will demonstrate how easy it is to make a traditional Croation version of cevapcici, which are a cross between a sausage and hamburger, in my opinion the best of both. Cevapcici are made from a combination of 3 meats, beef, pork and lamb seasoned to perfection and to perfect little keto kebabs, which are great international flair for your outdoor BBQ or stovetop grilling. Serve with fresh hot pita or pita chips and Ajvar, a sauce made from grilled red peppers/capsicum and eggplant. These cevapcici are a tasty part of a keto, paleo, gluten free and whole 30 diet plan.
