1. In a mixing bowl add the 18% (or greater) sour cream, toasted sesame seed oil or olive oil, Hot Gochujang BBQ Sauce, lime juice, lime zest
2. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until needed. For best results, refrigerate overnight. Longer development time will bring out the best flavor
3. Serve chilled for best flavor, especially if serving with hot and spicy wings or other food
