1. Prepare and weigh all the ingredients before starting the stir fry.
2. Place the wok over medium heat and pour in the oil. When the oil is simmering, add the ginger, cook for 1 minute. Drop in the garlic, cayenne pepper and then the tamari. Stir as you cook for about 2 minutes
3. Add the ground beef to the wok and let fry until the bottom is well done, about 5 minutes. Flip the meat and fry for 5 minutes, tossing and breaking up large meat pieces as you cook the beef thoroughly. Use a slotted spoon to scoop out the meat and transfer to a platter, leaving the oil and drippings in the wok
4. To the wok, drop in the thawed vegetables, cook for 5 minutes, season with the sprinkle of garlic powder, ginger powder, sweetener and the tamari. Toss well as you cook for 2 more minutes or until the vegetables are cooked to the al dente stage. Do NOT overcook the vegetable as they will be too soft and mushy rather than having a nice firm texture
5. Return the prepared ground beef back into the wok and immediately toss with the vegetables. Toss as you cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve while hot. Enjoy!
