1. Preheat the oven to 220 C (450 F)
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Wrap one half slice of prosciutto around each asparagus spear, starting at the bottom, and spiraling up diagonally, with overlap, to the tip.
4. Place the wrapped spears on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 5 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove, and roll the spears over. Return to the oven for another 2-3 minutes, or until asparagus is tender, and prosciutto is crisp. Serve immediately.
