You only need 4 ingredients to make this tasty Avocado Roll: a ripe avocado, fresh sushi grade salmon or crab meat, gimbap prepared cauli rice and Masago. There are various interpretations of how to make an Avocado Roll or Alaska Roll; this video shows how I make this very easy and incredibly delicious cross between gimbap and a sushi roll.
