2. Prepare the Sweet Sriracha Glaze by placing the unsalted butter into a saucepan. Add the sweetener, cinnamon powder, the nutmeg powder and the sugar free sriracha sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium low heat until sweetener has dissolved and does not feel grainy. Set aside to cool
3. Coat the bottom of a roasting pan or Dutch oven with about 2 or 3 tbsp of the Sweet Siracha Glaze. Place the spiral cut ham in the pan and, using a pastry brush, generously coat and cover the entire surface of the ham. Use the remaining glaze to brush lightly the inside cuts of the ham. Brush every 2nd cut for a milder taste, or every cut for a stronger glaze taste
4. OVEN METHOD: Place in the lower third rack in your preheated oven and bake for about 45 to 60 minutes. Time will depend on the thickness of your ham, so adjust accordingly. Remove from oven and serve immediately, or use aluminum foil to seal the ham and keep warm
5. SLOW COOKER METHOD: After coating the ham as described above, spread 2 or 3 tbsp of the Sweet Siracha Glaze on the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the glazed ham into the slow cooker and set to low for 4 to 6 hours
