These tasty keto Brigadeiro Brazilian Chocolate Truffles are based on a traditional Brazilian treat recipe that is made with my sugar free condensed milk and just a few other ingredients, like cocoa powder. This popular Brazilian dessert is especially made and served at parties and holidays.
My keto Brigadeiros have a dense, but soft and velvety, almost a thick caramel, texture, that melts in your mouth. You can coat them in cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, dried coconut flakes, crushed nuts, such as walnuts, pecans or whichever nut you prefer.

Eggnog Cheesecake Mousse – Keto NO Bake Cheesecake

There are few recipes that are as classic and associated with Christmas as is a nice creamy eggnog recipe. My Creamy Eggnog recipe is a cooked, no raw eggs version, that is the secret ingredient to this easy keto no bake cheesecake.
